Heat Clarified Butter In A Pan. Add Whole Gartam Masala To Crackle.
Add Onion And Saute For 2 - 3 Mins. Add Ginger Garlic Paste And Saute For 1 - 2 Mins.
Add Boiled Kabuli Chana / Chickpea ,Coriander Powder,Turmeric Powder And Mix Well.
Soak Rice For 15 Mins. And Strain It. Add Rice And Mix Well.
Add Salt ,Lemon Juice And Two And Half Cup Of Water.
Once Boiled,Keep It In A Low Flame.
Cover It And Cook For 10 Mins. Serve With Raita.
