Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups basmati rice


  • 1/2 cups boiled kabuli chana /chick pea


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2-3 nos whole black pepper


  • 2-3 nos cloves


  • 1 inch cinnamon


  • 2 nos green cardamom


  • 1 nos black cardamom


  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 2 tbsp clarified butter


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 pinch salt - to taste

Directions

  • Heat Clarified Butter In A Pan. Add Whole Gartam Masala To Crackle.
  • Add Onion And Saute For 2 - 3 Mins. Add Ginger Garlic Paste And Saute For 1 - 2 Mins.
  • Add Boiled Kabuli Chana / Chickpea ,Coriander Powder,Turmeric Powder And Mix Well.
  • Soak Rice For 15 Mins. And Strain It. Add Rice And Mix Well.
  • Add Salt ,Lemon Juice And Two And Half Cup Of Water.
  • Once Boiled,Keep It In A Low Flame.
  • Cover It And Cook For 10 Mins. Serve With Raita.
